Island Breeze in Ashburton

Every third Thursday of the month, our community members in Hakatere connect over crafts and conversation. From weaving to storytelling, every Island Breeze session reminds us that culture is cure.

A huge vinaka vakalevu to our partners at Ashburton Art Gallery and Plunket for helping us create a warm, child-friendly space where our families can thrive together! In the last three months alone, we’ve seen 46 different wāhine from the Hakatere region.
