Mobile Nursing

Our Mobile Nursing for the Pasifika Community is for people with long-term medical conditions that need home assistance.

The services we offer depend on the individual's needs, but may include:

• Clinical checks in the home
• Advocacy and language translations 
• GP or hospital visits
• Assistance in managing medication
• Support and advice on the best steps to take

You can either call us directly, or have a referral from your GP, and our friendly nursing team and Community Health Support Worker will be able to help.
